Perinthalmanna: A tourist bus enroute to Hyderabad with nursing students of Al Shifa College of Nursing here on Tuesday met with an accident resulting in the death of the bus driver and his assistant.
Some students were injured in the accident that took place around 75 kilometers away from Hyderabad city.
As per reports, a lorry coming from the opposite side rammed into the bus. Sources said the driver and his assistant died as they were hit by the pipes in the lorry.
There were 28 students in the bus and all of them are students of Pharm. D. in the college.
More information about the deceased persons is awaited.
