Malampuzha: Hitting out at the Oommen Chandy-led UDF government, Opposition leader V.S Achuthanandan Tuesday said Kerala had never seen such a corrupted government.
“The Oommen Chandy-led UDF government is mired in corruption in all the fields,” Achuthanandan said while inaugurating the LDF’s election campaign in Malampuzha.
“Chandy had given away 2800 acres of government land in the state to the land mafia,” he alleged.
Achuthanandan also flayed SNDP general secretary Vellapally Natesan saying he had aligned with the BJP to escape from the microfinance dealings.
“Vellapally had cheated the poor women in the microfinance deal by levying a heavy interest of 18 percent instead of 5 percen,” he said.
