Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra on Saturday said that setting up constitution parks in universities can impart constitutional values, including fundamental rights and duties to the young. Mishra was talking about one big idea to take India on a growth charter on the eve of India's 75th Independence Day.

Mishra added that constitutional parks would have details on the preamble, fundamental rights, duties, etc. so that the youth become aware of the Constitution.
