Chennai: Dhanush recently generated significant excitement on social media by unveiling three posters from his upcoming film "Raayan." Following the introduction of Kalidas Jayaram and Sundeep Kishan, he has now presented another poster featuring Prakash Raj.

In a Twitter post on February 23rd, Dhanush shared the first-look poster of Prakash Raj in "Raayan," marking their fourth collaboration. The acclaimed actor expressed his delight by tweeting, "What a pleasure @prakashraaj sir (hand emoji), (heart emoji)."

"Raayan" will be Dhanush's second directorial venture after the 2017 film "Pa Paandi," which earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Director (Tamil). The movie is produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures.

The first look poster revealed Dhanush, Kalidas Jayaram, and Sundeep Kishan standing in front of a food truck with bloodied aprons. Sun Pictures' announcement post on X read, "#D50 is #Raayan. Written & Directed by @dhanushkraja. Music by @arrahman. Releasing in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.”

Dhanush currently has multiple projects in the pipeline.

His recent film, "Captain Miller," directed by Arun Matheswaran, is now available on Prime Video. The war drama, set in the 1930s, follows the story of Analeesan (Eesan), played by Dhanush, who joins the British Indian Army to earn respect. The film features Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, Vinoth Kishan, Edward Sonnenblick, and others in prominent roles.
